Who regulates us?

Financial Conduct Authority

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services.

Financial Ombudsman Service

The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent body that arbitrates on complaints about general insurance products. It will only consider complaints after our normal complaints procedure has been exhausted.

British Insurance Brokers' Association

Cherish Insurance Services is a member of BIBA, which acts to protect the interests of insurance brokers and their customers. They provide advice to consumers and help to maintain high standards within the UK insurance industry.

Services Insurance & Investment Advisory Panel

Cherish Insurance Services is a member of the Services Insurance and Investment Advisory Panel (SIIAP).

SIIAP is a collection of authorised insurance and independent investment advisers which is recognised by the Ministry of Defence and operates on behalf of British service personnel.

Members of SIIAP operate to a strict code of practice and are all specialists in their own field.
